Etude House Wonder Fun Park Collection – First Dibs on the Eyeshadow Palette #1

This collection has not yet been released in SG as of Feb-20 but a good friend happened to be in Korea last week who generously lent her time and went out to get me a few items. The reason why I got this is because I am now collecting eyeshadow palettes that Etude House has been releasing, regardless of the colors or quantity hihihi so it’s more like a novelty now for me. But anyway, I was really excited when I saw it because the colors are fun and there’s a star embossed in the powder itself, another palette  to play with!

Here are the swatches – one the the problems about this palette is that it does not have an applicator so if this is the first eyeshadow palette you are buying, then you need to also buy a brush or applicator for you to use it properly. True to the theme, the colors are fun but very sheer, I had to apply some colors twice using a spong applicator for the color to properly reflect on my arms.

A closer look – as much as I would want to know and describe the colors, I can’t because it’s written in Korean. If you can read it, please help to tell the colors to me 😀

I managed to do two looks (please use the numbers in the photo above for color reference in the looks I did below) using this palette and it was a bit hard to blend the colors to it took a while for me to get a decent look especially with the darker shades.

For the look on the left which is a lighter look, I used number 1 as base, number 7 for the mid section and number 3 for the lower lid. For the look on the right which I’d call the fierce look (lols!) I used number 7 for the base 8 for the mid section and number 9 for the lower lid. Please take note I’m not a pro makeup artist so these are looks I’m thinking of doing everyday.

I’ll try the purple mascara next time. For now, let me go and play around again with this palette. What’s your favorite Etude House eyeshadow palette? 😀
